We applied a smooth Santa Barbara-style stucco finish throughout the home, giving it a rich, Mediterranean-inspired look.
We framed an 18-foot opening to install this energy-efficient aluminum folding door, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow between the living room and backyard.
The master bathroom showcases a luxurious soaking tub and a spacious moss green-tiled shower, enhanced by a large window that floods the space with natural light. A custom floating white oak vanity completes the design.
The guest bathroom is elegantly finished from floor to ceiling in Moroccan tadelakt plaster, offering a stunning marbled appearance along with excellent water resistance and anti-microbial properties.
The kitchen boasts a stunning slab of Italian marble, a new Wolf range and vent hood, and a brand new island, all complemented by light wood-toned cabinets that evoke a sophisticated beach house vibe.
We designed new landscaping and hardscaping featuring natural stone flooring and native desert plants, complemented by a selection of lush shrubs to add waves of greenery.
